Description : 2 slots sharpener
Detail information : 1st slot is metal rod coated with silicon carbide which is for coarse grinding .2nd slot is ceramic wheel which is for fine grinding after the coarse grinding.
Material :ABS body with silicone pad, 430S/S steel cover on the slots.
Use Instruction:
The knife sharpener is suitable for all knives with fine edge ,with the exception of coated knife, place the sharpener in a even and stable surface,hold the grip of the knife sharpener with you left hand and use your right hand to feed the knife with the cutting edge downwards into the 1st sharpening slot and draw the knife under slight pressure several times. Repeat this in 2nd slot.
Attention : do not use the sharpener to sharp serrated knife blades or scissors.
