Cutting performance testing machine The machine is imported from UK , CATRA, and all the testing papers are imported too. It is use to check the knife’s cutting performance everyday.
Corrosion test The equipment is set for the corrosion test to check the anti-corrosion performance of knife according to the testing requirement of ISO 8442.
Spectrum analysis All the incoming steel have to do the analysis by the spectrum analysis to make sure the quality is good for production .
Metallographic analysis We can do the metallographic analysis to check the inner structure of material.
Besides, we can do the hardness check, angle check, pull and twist test and other tests in our center to provide the qualified products for our customer.
